Beautiful Japanese 100% cotton fabric specially suited to sashiko and hand stitching, available in a choice of two traditional Japanese colours.
The fabric has a soft feel with just the right amount of body, making it comfortable to handle and easy to stitch by hand. Its generous 50 × 55cm size gives you plenty of scope for creating your own sashiko projects rather than limiting you to a pre-printed design.
Use it with your favourite sashiko pattern and contrasting thread to create anything from traditional Japanese stitching to contemporary accessories and visible-mending projects.
