At Craft & Creature, we respect your privacy and only collect the personal information we need to provide our services, respond to enquiries and, where you have chosen to join, send our monthly Craft & Creature email.

If you join the Craft & Creature mailing list, we collect your email address and information relating to your subscription.
If you purchase from us through a third-party marketplace or service, that provider may collect additional information needed to process your order and payment in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Our mailing list
If you choose to join our mailing list, we’ll use your email address to send you our Craft & Creature emails, including free patterns, creative projects, new products and occasional news.
We currently plan to send approximately one email each month.
We use MailerLite to manage our mailing list and send emails. MailerLite processes subscriber information on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
How we use your information
We may use your personal information to:
- provide something you’ve requested, such as a free digital pattern;
- send emails where you have chosen to join our mailing list;
- respond to questions or messages;
- provide customer service; and
- administer and improve our website and services.
Where we send marketing emails to people who have signed up to our mailing list, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.

We don’t sell your personal information.
We may use trusted service providers to operate our website and mailing list. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
Our email marketing service is MailerLite.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet any legal or administrative requirements.
If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, we will stop sending you marketing emails. We may retain limited information necessary to record your unsubscribe request.
